You may use the network only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for your account security, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account.

The network is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher, developer, platform holder, or rights holder unless explicitly stated.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and make that content available as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the network.

You represent that you own your submissions or have every permission needed to provide them. You must not upload material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

User-submitted mods and links are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee that a file is safe, compatible, complete, accurate, or continuously available. Back up game files, inspect downloads, and follow the rules of the applicable game, platform, and online service.

We may review, restrict, hide, remove, or refuse content and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users, creators, rights holders, and the network.

Copyright complaints and counter-notices are handled under the Copyright Policy. Repeat infringement may result in permanent account termination.

The network is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data or profit, device or game damage, account penalties, or third-party conduct.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Contact support@abcmods.com with questions or to try to resolve a dispute informally before starting formal proceedings.
