Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the ABC Mods network collects, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices available to visitors, account holders, and creators.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile information you provide, authentication records, content and files you submit, support and moderation communications, download and upload events, and security logs such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request identifiers.
Cloudflare processes network, security, hosting, storage, email, and cookieless Web Analytics data on our behalf. Authentication providers may provide identifiers and profile details when you choose their sign-in method.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and downloads, display creator content, enforce quotas, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support and legal requests, investigate safety incidents, measure aggregate traffic, and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics to identify visitors across unrelated websites.
Sharing and legal disclosures
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the network, and with authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. A valid copyright notice or counter-notice may be forwarded to the affected uploader or claimant.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as needed for the purpose collected, account operation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Removed content and moderation records may be retained to enforce the repeat-infringer policy.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, managed infrastructure, and audit records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may update profile information through your account and may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable by emailing privacy@abcmods.com. We may verify your identity and retain information when law or legitimate security needs require it.
Children, changes, and contact
The network is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. Contact privacy@abcmods.com if you believe a child provided personal information. Policy changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
